How do I return a product?
You may return a product for up to 30 days. If no mistake was made by us, the customer will be responsible for return shipping. If the product was opened there will be a 10% restocking fee. Please refer to our

How do I use the lowest price guarantee?
If you find an exact item on any other store for a lower price, we will beat their price by 10% of the difference. It's easy too, simply follow the instructions on our Low Price Guarantee page and you will be on your way to saving money.
Is free shipping really free?
What you see listed is what you will pay unless you live in Alaska or Hawaii. No sales tax will be collected either unless you live in Florida.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item or item is the wrong color?
If you receive the wrong item or your item is the wrong color, please visit our Returns section, follow the instructions, and include a message stating what is wrong. We will review the order to confirm there was a mix-up and we will pay for return shipping. Please wait to hear back from us for further instructions when you send in your request.
