Return Policy
Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days.
Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping. For unopened packages, a full refund minus our cost of shipping will be given. If the item has been opened, it must be in like-new condition and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted as well as our shipping costs. If a product was ordered through one of our partner sites, you must contact them about returning your item.
- Contact the Returns Department for a Returns Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
- Opened Hammocks and Hanging chairs must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. Damages include stains, loose threads, normal wear and tear, odors, broken rope, or missing parts.
If you need to return an item and you agree with the above terms, please use our contact us page and choose the "returns" dept. and include the following information.
- Full name used when ordering
- Order number
- Product name if more than one item was ordered
- Condition of item - unopened or opened
- A short description of why you are returning the item
If there are no problems with your returned item, your account will be credited within 48 hours of receiving your return. If there is a problem with your return, you will be contacted within 48 hours.
